Pricing includes close medical supervision of your plan, testosterone and supplies delivered to your home, and all follow-up visits. Cost of lab studies not included. Most patients use insurance to cover cost of labs. One-time intake visit required prior to starting monthly plans shown below. We’ll have a comprehensive discussion of your medical history, lab test orders will be placed, and we’ll design a testosterone replacement therapy plan to help you meet your goals. The intake visit cost will be applied to your first month of treatment.

Includes adjunctive medications such as sildenafil (generic Viagra) and tadalafil (generic Cialis) for ED treatment if needed
