I’m Kristin Hennessey. I’m a doctorally-trained nurse practitioner with 20 years of leadership experience in the medical field, and over a decade of experience as a primary care clinician.
My focus is on integrative medicine. That means I blend holistic treatments and conventional medicine to bring the best of both worlds to my patients. I meticulously designed Power to the ‘Pause! to include the components of what I believe to be an optimal plan for navigating this very personal journey. This includes:

I understand what it’s like to not be able to find solutions, both as a clinician frustrated by the limitations of our modern medical system, and as a patient myself. At the core of the Power to the ‘Pause! program are our weekly private sessions.
Each week I'll guide you through a new module that dives deep into a different aspect of menopause health and wellness.
A majority of sessions are done online. For patients using weight loss medications, some sessions will be in person.
